We're scheduled to have a few rainy days coming up, and after the tease of 80 degree weather in early April - I'm really not looking forward to it. This has made dressing for work even more difficult, as I ride to work every day on my bike. A light drizzle of rain isn't too bad, but dressing for torrential downpour is a bit tricky. I find that wearing knee-high boots, tights (they dry much easier than pants!), a hat, and a thick knee-length jacket is the best combination.
This past weekend was so hectic. I had my PRAXIS II tests on Saturday from 7:30 - 2:15 (!!!). I swear I get the most ridiculous assortment of questions; there's a section geared towards Physical Education, and I might be the most clueless person ever when it comes to sports. I got questions about fat soluble vitamins, badminton scoring, and the Presidental Fitness Test. Not good.
After the test, I got to visit the lovely Julia and Bernadette at the Flavors of the Avenue festival on East Passyunk. They were selling for the Crafty Balboa craft show - doesn't their set up look great?
