bryan and i spent the weekend at our cabin in the poconos. it's absolutely gorgeous there - very thickly wooded and there's a little stream that runs in the back of the property, complete with wooden bridge. we visit mostly during the winter because of the ski mountains nearby, but i think it's even prettier in the summer. unfortunately, we're in the process of selling the cabin and the two acres that it sits on. it's just too far for us (about 2 hours away) and we're constantly worried that someone will break in during the long durations of time that no one is there. i'm really hope that whoever buys the cabin will at least try to keep the original structure, or not build a giant mc-mansion on the property.
