some of my friends and i went bowling last night and it was a complete blast. most of the bowling allies in philadelphia are really swanky - one of the places even has a dress code! they're also very expensive, and when i'm going bowling, i'm not trying to spend more than $10. i heard about PEP bowl through a friend, and it seems like really great organization. it's a non-profit that provides job training and employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. there's a bowling alley in the basement of the building and it's super cheap - $9 all-you-can-bowl, or $2 games. here's one of my favorite pictures from the night:
