my sister and i, at our old house in chicago. i'm in the back.the past year was definitely hectic. there were good things: i changed my career, started grad school, got engaged, renovated my kitchen, adopted meow (the kitty), and started this blog. there were bad things: a falling-out with a friend, the epic flu of 2010, financial problems, and stress from work.
but i think, overall, it ended okay.
especially because i quit my job yesterday - which makes this birthday 10x better.
it's also really neat that modcloth did a "my favorite find" about a dress i found.
i'll be at the beach all day, and hopefully will come back with some outfit pictures.
