this is super similar to the mrs. bunyan outfit i had going on last week, but definitely more prissy. this is definitely more "veronika", with the full skirt and ruffly blouse, but i really like how casual the other was.
i'm torn between keeping the huge mutton sleeves on this shirt, or altering them into short(er) and more modern sleeves. i'm always worried that i'll chop one a bit too short and ruin the shirt altogether. i'm more familiar with taking hems up on dresses or bringing the sides in to be a bit more fitted. what to do, what to do?
