yesterday i locked my keys in the car for the first time ever. thankfully, i didn't actually drive anywhere and the car was right outside the house, but it was a giant inconvenience. bryan and i went out the day before and i slipped my keys in the side pocket on the door. only when i started digging through my purse, couch cushions, pile of sewing stuff on the kitchen table, did i realize that i had left them in car. i couldn't even use my bike because my bike lock keys were stuck in the car. quite a day. i took public transportation for the first time in, well, a year. the bus isn't nearly as bad as the urine-soaked subway (i'm not even kidding. seriously.) and my lovely friend chrissy made it much more enjoyable.
today's christmas craft project: label design and application. bryan and i made limoncello as christmas presents and today i'm going to finish the design. i made the tags (covered with super-fine gold glitter) and attached them to the bottle. the labels are going to be printed on brown kraft paper and adhered to the bottle with spray adhesive. i'll be sure to post some pictures as soon as they're done!
