There's No Place Like Home

Hi Tick Tock Vintage Readers! I'm Morgan from Morgan and Lua. I was so excited when Veronika asked me to guest post because traveling is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I spent a lot of time studying and traveling abroad while I was in college and those are some of the most valuable experiences I have from my four years at school. I learned more about myself and the world in that short amount of time than I would have sitting in any kind of class. I love being able to meet new people and learn about the different places I'm visiting. I've been very lucky these past few months and to have been able to visit so many friends (old and new) across the country. I never would have guessed before visiting each of these places how much I ended up enjoying the cities I traveled to.

As much as I love to travel, there really is no place like home. I live and work in New York City with my dog Lua, but often escape the hectic city pace to spend weekends relaxing at the beach. Some of my favorite spots I've ever been to are places where I grew up. Quiet beaches, cliff trails, sunsets look outs, these are the places where I feel most myself. I love when people come to visit because I'm able to show them all the amazing places that are so near and dear to my heart.

I'm very fortunate to have a place to escape to that doesn't require months of planning and a big budget. I can make the short road trip out there on weekends to clear my head and relax whenever I need to.
Hope you all enjoyed taking a little peak at some of my favorite places!
Thanks Verokina for asking me to guest post and share some of the places I love so much! I hope you're having an amazing trip!! I can't wait to hear all about it.
