The deal: Usually costs $235 (with a 50-minute massage).

What it promises to do: This three-part body treatment will get you and your tired, dry skin and scalp ready for spring and warmer weather. The goal is to get you totally relaxed, too. For men and women.

What to expect: First you head for the changing area to get into your robe and slippers, and then you're put into an individual treatment room. They start with a dry, invigorating full-body exfoliation — perfect for getting rid of dead skin from this endless winter. Next is a body wrap (in Mylar) with aromatherapuetic oils, followed by a light scalp massage.
