Massage bars open at Cleveland

Two units have opened at the Cleveland Hopkins International airport’s Airmall shopping area

Airport seated massage specialist Massage Bar has opened two units at Cleveland Hopkins International airport (CLE). An 80sq ft (7.4sq m) bar is situated in concourse A and one spanning 112sq ft (10.4sq m) is located in concourse D.

Airmall Cleveland vice-president Tina LaForte said: “Travelling can be stressful for the mind and the body. The arrival of Massage Bar provides a welcome service offering to passengers. We are pleased to be able to introduce [the service] on two different concourses at CLE.”

Massage Bar offers a 15-minute “single shot massage” or a 30-minute “double shot massage” with no appointment necessary.

Airport director Ricky Smith said: “We know that passengers are pleased with the new additions they are seeing at the new Airmall at CLE. The arrival of Massage Bar adds to the existing array of new customer service amenities, thus creating the total concessions package for travellers.”
