DIY STEPS:
Paint the entire lid with a glossy nude pearly eye shadow, so that the eye becomes even more translucent.
Apply shiny light purple
Start from the beginning of your eye near the pupil, and brush on a light lilac purple shadow to the mid section of your eyes.

Apply blue and green eye shadow eyeshadow starting from the middle to the end of your lids, making sure that the two colors naturally transition to the other.

With a high degree of saturation underneath your eyes using an orange eye shadow can create an illusion of a shadow, it also adds to the fullness of whimsical colors.
Outline smooth liner

Colorful- Don't like how it was photoshop but I like the gold tint of eyeshadow with the white backdrop.
Totally cool, again white and gold makeup looks awesome together.
Catlike, Simple liner with gray, golds, and white shadow. Simple and elegant.
I tried this for one of my photoshoot ^_^, with green glitter on the lower lid but I had gold shadow on the upper lid with black shadow & liner. **just realized that I keep ranting about gold makeup. will stop now**

Love her hat!!. oh & her makeup. Black & red makeup, seriously what can go wrong, I guess I still punk at heart lol. Yes I use to be in love with The Clash, The unseen, & I LOVE the distillers aka Brody is wicked!!
Do not like how her eyes and lips doesn't match at all, one is pink and the other is purple. But by itself, it looks cool especially how the purple shadow focus on the outer corners of her eyes. And what's not to love about luscious glossy pink lips.

tips! Draw the end of your eye continuing to the lower lid to make your eyes appear larger.
step3 Draw 1 / 2 Eye Liner
Link on the end of eye using liner and draw down to the lower lash line linking both sections in the corner. Only draw half way on the lower lash line.
tips! semicircular liner makes the eyes and round and opens up!

tips! light-colored eye shadow will make eyes look more angelic and giving more attention to the dark liner.
step5 apply a silver white shadow or liner under the eyes
Dampened with a silver eye shadow, from the ends of your eyes, and overlapping the brush in blue eye shadow afterwards.

step 6 Complete by curling your lashes and applying mascarra
tips! want rounded eyes, eyelashes are vital to this effect, it should be curled and thick. Some may use false lashes to create this effect.
