Explore your surroundings

Hello dear, Tick Tock Vintage readers! Tieka here from Selective Potential! I was so excited when Veronika asked me to do a guest post with a travel theme. One of my favorite things to do is travel and go on adventures, especially in my own home state. My husband, Brett, and I started to take trips around our state when we were on a limited budget in college... and the tradition carries on today. Every month, we make sure to take a day or weekend trip somewhere in our home state of Michigan. When we started, we honestly had no idea the things we would find and all of the trips we could take. Now we've taken so many trips and still have so many places to go. It's one of my favorite things to blog about - our adventures. So I encourage you guys to get out, explore your surroundings and take advantage of your home state!

I hope you enjoyed a peek into a few of the fun landmarks in Michigan! You can follow along with my adventures over at my blog, Selective Potential. Thanks for reading!
